  • What is the return policy?

    L.E.X. Care does not accept any returns or exchanges. Refunds will not be issued either. In the event, you receive the incorrect item(s) or your item(s) arrive damaged, please reach out to us within 24 hours of receiving your package at lexcustomercare@gmail.com. We will work diligently to resolve the issue.

  • What is a damaged item?

    Item(s) arrive cracked, spilled, or broken. Product is not usable. Majority to all product is out of its container.

  • when should i expect my order?

    Orders are fulfilled within 2-3 business days. This does not include transit time, which depends upon carrier. You will be able to track your order once order has shipped and tracking number is available. Please be sure the delivery address is correct before placing order. L.E.X. Care will not be responsible for lost or stolen packages due to incorrect address being entered.

  • What Should i Do if i have an allergic reaction?

    Before purchasing we highly recommend reading the product descriptions thoroughly. We do our best to avoid common allergens. In the event you have an allergic reaction, please contact your physician

  • Can I cancel or Change my order?
